When will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, and shipping takes 2-3 working days. This means your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you haven't received your order after that time, please email hello@rennwild.co.uk.

How much do you charge for shipping?​

It depends on how heavy your order is. Prices start at £3.39 for a single candle and increase up to £6.65 for 10kg orders. We offer free shipping on all orders over £40.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, due to the high prices of international shipping, we don't currently ship outside of the UK. However, it's something we're looking into for the future.

What are RennWild candles made with?

RennWild candles are made with soy wax, hemp wick and either essential or fragrance oils, depending on the candle. Learn more about our ingredients here.

How long do RennWild candles burn for?

Due to our use of hemp wick instead of cotton, RennWild candles burn for longer than usual. Small candles (150g) will burn for approximately 40 hours and large candles (220g) will burn for approximately 50 hours.

What's the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?

Essential oils are 100% natural and derived from plants. Fragrance oils are synthetically formulated. Essential oils are generally considered a more environmentally-conscious choice, but both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Learn more about our ingredients here.

Are RennWild essential oil candles made with 100% essential oils?

All of our Vibe Candles and products in The Welsh Collection are made with essential oils.

Many of these candles use 100% pure essential oils, such as Rhossili Sunset and Three Cliffs Bay. However, due to the price and inaccessibility of certain essential oils, particularly sandalwood and vanilla, it is sometimes necessary to blend essential oils with fragrance oils. For example, Mist on the Bryn contains 83% pure essential oils blended with 17% fragrance oil. Any candle marked as "made with essential oils" contains at least 60% pure essential oil.

Many candle companies claim that their candles are made with essential oils, but in fact only use a small amount of natural oils added to synthetic fragrance oil. RennWild believes in complete transparency, so you can see exactly what percentage of the oil used is pure essential oil on each candle page.
